LIZ BARNES
Liz specializes in finding the best and most competitive loan programs, amongst the hundreds available, for our clients. Liz thoroughly enjoys the challenge of "shopping" for the best loan programs and placing her clients in programs that best meet their individual needs. But it doesn't end there. Liz is passionate about getting her loans closed quickly and on time. She treats every transaction as if it were her own loan. When not assisting others, Liz is busy building her own client relationships, helping her clients realize the dream of home ownership. She is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in psychology and speaks fluent Italian.
LEE A. HENLEY
Ms. Henley has over 25 years experience in the financial services and securities industry. Prior to joining Karp Capital Management, Ms. Henley spent the past several years as a Marketing Consultant with Larkspur Data Resources, a provider of online searchable databases, supporting and advising financial professionals across the country in developing their business. From 1985 to 2003, Ms. Henley represented several private syndication companies funding healthcare and commercial accounts receivables and real estate development programs. Her financial career began with Fidelity Investments in 1980 marketing 401(k) and 403(b) programs to institutional investors and advising individual investors on mutual funds and IRA investments. As a Regional Sales Manager with Fidelity she was instrumental in establishing one of their first retail investment centers in San Francisco as well as training registered representatives in various satellite offices on the West Coast.
RUTH LAFLEUR
Prior to joining Karp Capital Management, Ruth spent over 13 years in the software publishing industry as an Associate Marketing Manager. In this capacity, she assisted in developing product launch plans working with the business unit, sales, marketing, and development staff. Mrs. LaFleur managed the package design process from concept to print. In addition to project management, she built relationships between third party licensors, vendors and managed day to day communication for successful launches of products into the retail and online markets.
KATE PATERSON
Ms. Paterson has over 25 years in business development and marketing experience. Prior to joining Karp Capital Management, Ms. Paterson served as business development director at Gallina LLP, the largest regional CPA firm in the Sacramento area. She worked closely with senior management to develop new business opportunities while managing the firm’s advertising and marketing activities. Ms. Paterson is actively involved with the Sacramento Area Commerce & Trade Organization (SACTO) as a member of its Sacramento Development Committee. She understands the Sacramento market and the unique needs of this economically diverse region. From 2000 to 2007 Ms. Paterson’s efforts were focused on business development and marketing for the construction and real estate industries.

Lisa coordinates back office and legal issues with our strategic partners and is always available to help clients answer questions regarding their accounts. Lisa earned her J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law.
